Bali
Twelve days on an island that exists so that you can slow down. Morning yoga with a view over the jungle. Sunrise on the summit of a volcano. A purification ceremony in a water temple. Surfing at Padang Padang. A Balinese massage. And a silence that finally lets you hear yourself.
We work with people.
before we offer it to you.
Always.
Bali is not a destination. It is the permission you give yourself to slow down.
A journey inside yourself.
The island of gods. The island of 10,000 temples. The island where every house has a shrine, every morning starts with an offering of flowers, and time runs differently, because the Balinese have two calendars and neither of them is in a hurry.
This is not a holiday with yoga classes added to a tourist programme. It is a retreat: a structure that combines a daily yoga practice with immersion in the Balinese rhythm of temples, ceremonies, jungle, ocean and volcano. Yoga is the warp. Bali is the weave.
Two worlds: Ubud (jungle, spirituality, rice terraces, silence) and Uluwatu (ocean, cliffs, surfing, sunset). Between them: the Batur volcano at dawn, waterfalls in the jungle and the Melukat ceremony at Tirta Empul temple. Twelve days. No rush at all.

Frequently asked questions about this expedition.
No. The sessions are open to every level, including complete beginners. The instructor adapts to the group. There is no assessment and no competition. Yoga in Bali is not a workout, it is a practice of attention. You can also skip a session, nobody takes attendance.
Of course. Most retreat participants arrive solo. The group is capped at 12 people, so it stays intimate and open. A single room is available for an extra charge.
