1. Service Provider

Explorea is a brand operated by PROTOS SŁAWOMIR GĄSIOREK.

2. Scope of these Terms
These Terms set out the rules for using the explorea.pl website and the electronic services provided through it, in particular browsing information, sending enquiries via forms, requesting contact, and signing up for the newsletter or list of interested parties.
These Terms do not replace the contract, the expedition itinerary, or the Terms of Participation applicable to a specific tourist event. The documents relevant to a given offer are provided to the user before the contract is concluded.
3. Technical Requirements
To use the website you need a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser, and an active email address if you use the form or sign up for electronic communication. Users should protect their device and data from unauthorised access.
4. Rules of Use
- Users should provide true and current information.
- It is forbidden to submit unlawful content, content infringing third-party rights, malicious software, or to take actions that disrupt the operation of the website.
- Information published on the website is for informational purposes only, unless stated otherwise for a specific offer.
- Sending a contact form or enquiry does not automatically constitute a contract or guarantee a place on an expedition.
5. Forms and Communication
The form service allows the user to send an enquiry to Explorea. A reply is sent to the contact details provided by the user. Providing the fields marked as required is necessary to handle the enquiry.
The newsletter and other marketing messages are sent only on an appropriate legal basis. Users may unsubscribe from communication at any time, using the unsubscribe mechanism in the message or by writing to kontakt@explorea.pl.
6. Bookings and Payments
If the website allows submitting interest or a booking request, the detailed terms of price, payment, withdrawal, changes, complaints and delivery of the event are set out in the documents relating to the specific expedition, in particular the offer, the contract, and the Terms of Participation provided before the contract is concluded.
Simply submitting the form does not create a payment obligation, unless the user is clearly informed of a different effect before performing the relevant action.
7. Complaints about the Website
Complaints regarding the operation of the website or electronic services can be submitted to kontakt@explorea.pl or in writing to the service provider’s address. The complaint should include contact details, a description of the problem and the expected resolution. A reply will be provided without undue delay, generally within 14 days.
Complaints regarding a specific tourist event are handled in accordance with the documents provided when the contract was concluded and applicable mandatory law.
8. Liability
The service provider makes every effort to ensure the website operates correctly and contains up-to-date information. Interruptions may result from technical work, failures, actions of external providers, or events beyond the service provider’s control. These Terms do not exclude or limit consumer rights arising from applicable law.
9. Copyright
The content, photographs, graphic elements and marks published on the website are protected by law. Their use beyond permitted use requires the consent of the rights holder, unless stated otherwise for a given material.
10. Personal Data and Cookies
The rules for processing data are described in the Privacy Policy, and the rules for using cookies in the Cookie Policy.
11. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be amended for important reasons, in particular as a result of changes in law, scope of services, or technical solutions. Changes do not affect acquired rights or the terms of previously concluded contracts. The current version of these Terms is published on this page together with its effective date.
